It has been an extremely long couple of days so we are very happy to have arrived at our destination. With delays on the ferry, we landed in Calais at about 1.30 this morning and then with further traffic arrived into resort much later than we hoped. We all got some sleep but the children were very ready for bed this evening and are now catching up on sleep ready for their first day on the slopes.
The highlight of the journey was definitely our shout out by Simon Mayo on Radio 2, Friday evening. It was a great mention and you will probably be still able to hear it on the Radio 2 podcast (I think Simon mentioned us about 6.10pm which might help finding it).
Very few photos as yet because we have been super busy unpacking and sorting ski hire but hoping to get lots tomorrow from their first day in the mountains.
